E-bike Tour to the Forts of the Great War

Experience an incredible e-bike adventure between Passo Tonale and Val di Sole, on the tracks of the Great War. The route is totally unpaved, easy but really fun.

The meeting point is in Mezzana at our bike station where you will be given the powerful and comfortable new Ursus Adventures e-bikes.

From here you will be transferred by minibus to the Tonale Pass (approx. 25 minutes). Put on your helmet and grab your e-bike, and after a short theoretical and technical lesson on how to use it, you will begin an exciting and spectacular descent that after about 3 hours of pure fun will end at our Centre in Ossana for a well-deserved break and then in Mezzana.

A big difference in height (more than 1000 m) to be done all downhill, appreciating the numerous typical farms along the way and encountering 3 forts (Forte Mero, Forte Zaccarana and Forte Strino) that represented one of the most important defence lines of the Austro-Hungarian Empire during the First World War. The length of the tour is approximately 25 km.

Incredible views of Presanella (over 3600 m.a.s.l.) and Val di Sole. Equipped with new e-bikes, you will amplify the enjoyment of the experience.

The delivered material, bikes and equipment are cleaned and sanitised after each use.

The route may be subject to changes depending on the level of the participants and/or any interruptions due to force majeure.
