Wellness in Nature
An activity created for people who want to seek deep and intimate sensations. The activity takes place in Val Piana di Ossana, a magical place in front of the peaks of the Adamello Presanella group.
It begins with Nordic walking: a half-hour walk to awaken the senses and metabolism, slowly, in search of the correct movement.
We then continue with yoga and breathing in the woods. The breath flows slowly in and out of the nostrils; the mountain breeze caresses your skin; the smell of the undergrowth passes from the mouth to the heart … you are suspended in the air and only trees around you.
It ends with a barefoot walk in the stream. The water at 8 degrees will give you one last incredible feeling of well-being.
