Trekking & Cooking in Baita
Challenge your company in a total collaboration experience. A trek to reach a hut in the heart of Trentino, the organization of roles, the preparation of lunch and then the final gratification of the conviviality of lunch.
The activity includes a trekking excursion (in winter with snowshoes), up to the hut with an expert guide; the hut is reserved exclusively for the participants in the activity in order to allow the cooking to be carried out in the hut, of high educational value.

Training:
the cooking activity is an excellent metaphor for teams and works transversally on issues closely related to professional organization: from the allocation of resources, to decision-making and team organization skills to achieve the goal. Of particular importance is the attention in this activity placed on product orientation and its promotion.
