Experience a unique corporate team building experience with a rafting descent on the Noce River in Val di Sole and final group barbecue!
Strengthen your team by facing rapids and natural challenges in one of Europe's most beautiful rivers. Ideal for improving collaboration, communication and team spirit, rafting with Ursus Adventures combines adventure, fun and corporate growth in the heart of Trentino.
Tackling the river with its rapids, even in the most difficult stretches, is possible by working together, in coordination, respecting roles and communicating effectively. These are the elements of a good team, in rafting as in the company!
The adrenalin level is certainly high in this experience! The rhythm is set by the river, the tension by the team. Hence the formative relevance of this team building: facing together, as a team, tensions and fears, unexpected events and rapids that the professional world holds in store.
The experience is suitable for everyone and very safe. At the end of the activity, after a warm shower, a barbecue awaits you to be cooked independently for a moment of socialising and sharing by the river.

The outdoor proposal includes: technical equipment (wetsuit, life jacket, helmet), guide accompaniment, transport and barbecue. The activity will be carried out exclusively for the company. Everything necessary for cooking the barbecue will be provided, but in the event of bad weather or on request, the barbecue will be served in a cosy restaurant nearby. The menu is flexible and can be adapted to meet the needs of those with food intolerances or who follow a vegetarian or vegan diet.
To bring: trainers that get wet, swimming costume, tshirt, change of clothes
Transfer: the transfer to the Ossana base is the responsibility of the customer. The return transfer from the base to the embarkation and disembarkation points is included in the proposal.
Benefits: the activity is characterised by an important training aspect as well as a lot of fun. Participants must learn how to handle stress, overcome their fears, adapt quickly to changes and make decisions in dynamic situations. These skills are equally important in a corporate environment, where challenges can arise suddenly, requiring a quick, adaptable and team response. Each participant must trust his or her partner and the guide on the raft. This requires concentration, utmost cooperation and clear, precise communication - qualities that are essential for facing daily challenges in companies as well.
