Ursus Adventures: rispetto per la natura

about us

Earth, Water, Air, Fire. Four elements, lots of challenges, a unique Center.

  • We’ve got more than 30 years of experience in outdoor activities.
  • We are about 30 people working with passion: there are graduated instructors, mountain guides, mountain bike instructors and much more.
  • We love the place where we live, its biodiversity and its beauty

We are a Team

We are a group of 30 qualified “mountain bears”, led by the dynamic director Alessandro Fantelli, who can claim long experience in adventure sports. Rafting has always been our passion but this year we’ve realized that the time for a new challenge had come and therefore we decided to open a brand-new Center, with the best of past experiences and the appeal of the new activities.
Adventure is our commitment, as well as safety and sustainability are our main goals. We know the history of this land, its tradition and culture, and that’s the reason we can offer authentic wild adventures rooted in our territory.

Our commitment to the environment

Earth, Water, Air, Fire. Four elements, lots of challenges, a unique Center.

Earth, as the unspoiled path you’ll get through on your MTB, surrounded by a unique landscape on earth, the Dolomites.

Water, as the rough waves of River Noce, the best river for rafting in Europe. Are you ready to ride on it?

Air, as the wind that you’ll ride on your paraglider, feeling like an eagle.

Fire, as the primitive flame you will need to make in order to survive in nature, as well as many other techniques. Get trained in wilderness survival!

Lots of challenges, a unique Center in Val di Sole and one important mantra: “respect for the environment”. Indeed, half of our activities are organized in a protected land, such as the Stelvio National Park and the Adamello Brenta Park. And the bear (Ursus in Latin) is the very symbol of the Brenta Park, because it is the last habitat in Italy where endemic bears still live.

  • Our bar is plastic free, and we use only sustainable and local products
  • Our suppliers are local
  • Waste recycling is very important at our Center: you’ll find colored bins with indications on waste separation
  • We strongly believe in CO2 reduction; thus, our second Center is in Mezzana, in order to let people get there by train
  • The water of our private pond comes from an underground aquifer and ends up in the river Noce
  • To sanitize we use ozone and totally ecological products
  • We only use energy from renewable sources
  • The buildings in our Center are eco friendly, made in sustainable wood
  • Our minibuses are electric or comply with the “Euro 6” legislation
  • We ask you to share our mantra: “respect for the environment”

Here's what you'll find at our center

At your disposal there is a 10.000 square-meter green area, including a beautiful private pond, a beach volleyball court and a football field where you can play bubble football, too. Besides, you can try water ball or water slide on our private pond. We also have a private pier directly on the Noce River.

Our Center is a sustainable, plastic-free building. There are comfortable changing rooms with hot showers and a nice bar where you can eat or drink something non-stop from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Where are we?

The Ursus Adventure Center is located in Val di Sole, Trentino. We are in Cusiano di Ossana, a strategic place just a few minutes from Tonale Pass and Val di Peio, and 5 minutes from Mezzana Marilleva.

A stunning landscape surrounds our Center: on one side the breath-taking spires of the Brenta Dolomites, on the other side the highest peaks of Trentino: the Adamello-Presanella and Ortles-Cevedale Mountain Group.

How to get

By road

If you come by car from the A22 Brenner Motorway, take the exit “San Michele all’Adige” and then go on towards Val di Non and finally Val di Sole. If you come from Lombardia a good choice is the Tonale Pass, just few minutes from us.

Rail service

Close to the Trento train station there is a local train service called “Trento-Malé” that gets to Marilleva 900. Once you are there give us a call and we’ll pick you up and take to the Center.
