Here you walk in the urogalli forest, a magical and protected place, populated by these magnificent creatures, symbols of purity and freedom. The path winds its way through majestic fir trees and snowy glades, where animal tracks tell ancient stories: deer, foxes, mountain hares. Each step is an invitation to slow down, to listen, to rediscover the natural rhythm of things.

Then, like a mirage among the whitewashed trees, the hut appears: a wooden hut that smells of the mountain, suspended between sky and snow, with a spectacular view over the Val di Peio. Inside, the fire crackles and warms the soul. Outside, the absolute stillness of the forest amplifies the magic of the moment.
You sit, smile, and enjoy a mountain barbecue - meat or vegetarian - accompanied by the scent of embers, stories and heartfelt laughter.

The Wild Baita Adventure is not a simple excursion: it is a regenerating escape, a return to the origins.
Five hours of total immersion in nature, guided by expert guides who reveal the secrets of the forest and lead you to discover its truest soul.
Every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday (10 a.m. - 3 p.m.), live an experience that takes you back to simplicity, silence and authentic connection.

What the experience includes

• Transport from the Ursus Adventures centre in Ossana to the starting point of the trek
• Accompaniment by an expert guide, who will lead you into the heart of the Stelvio National Park
• Possibility of using snowshoes or crampons depending on snow conditions
• Trekking in the urogalli forest, immersed in an unspoilt and silent environment
• Barbecue in a panoramic hut with a classic or vegetarian menu: bread, meat or vegetarian alternative, water, coffee and schnapps (in the mountains you are all mates, so we will ask for your help to make it all go well)
