Activity dedicated to managers and people who need to unplug but at the same time need a more intimate and true contact with Nature.

You will be accompanied by an experienced guide with knowledge of the forest, its inhabitants and ancient mountain culture. You will sleep in shelters or bivouacs, eat outdoors, and move around on foot or by public transport.

You will share itinerary choices, learn the basics of topography, meteorology and mountain survival.

All this is to get you unplugged from the modern world, to reconnect with nature and with yourself.
