Natural well-being between movement and the senses
An activity created for people who want to seek deep, intimate sensations. The activity takes place in Val Piana di Ossana, a magical place in the presence of the peaks of the Adamello Presanella group.
It begins with Nordic walking: a half-hour walk to awaken the senses and metabolism, slow, in search of the correct movement.
It then continues with yoga and breathing in the forest. The breath flows slowly in and out of your nostrils; the mountain breeze brushes against your skin; the smell of the undergrowth passes from your mouth to your heart … you are suspended in the air and around you only trees.
It ends with a barefoot walk in the stream. The 8-degree water will give you one last incredible feeling of well-being.
